JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- eCommerce Service Manager will be responsible to interact with the business team, understand the SLAs and supervise the service team to support and maintain the infrastructures. He/she will be in charge of managing service level agreements and ensuring services meet the business need.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES

  • Manage the Application Maintenance team of the System Integrator / Partner
  • Plan Application Maintenance releases and hotfixes
  • Manage relationships with eCommerce stakeholders (Business, Operations and Services Teams)
  • Track Application Maintenance KPIs and System Integrator Service Levels
  • Bug/Defect triage
