Customer Service Internship
ITA-Verona

HARTMANN Italy, the Italian branch of HARTMANN Group (German health care listed company), is looking for a
Customer Service Internship in our corporate offices in Verona.

S/he will be integrated in Italy Customer Service team being involved in day-by-day activities as well as in corporate project of deploying SAP HANA in Italy.

Main responsibilities:

Receives orders from the sales network or customers in not covered areas
Check the compliance of orders with the commercial conditions (price and discount)
Enters orders into our system
Controls and manages delivery notes to customers
Manages complaints and related reporting
Notify customers and agents about product availability and delivery date
Manages customer returns and related credit notes
Relates with all logistics operators to organize and monitor deliveries
Manages customer data on the SAP system
Informs the Management about found exceptions/anomalies
Prepares the equipment of samples and catalogs for the sales network
Maintains and manages the commercial archive

What do we look for?

Education with a commercial or linguistic orientation
Appreciated experience, even mínimal, in the role and therefore in activities such as: order processing (from receipt to insertion up to its fulfillment), complaint management, returns, delivery notes, etc.
Good relationship skills, especially by telephone and in mail writing
Dynamic character, problem solving skills, autonomy and flexibility
Good knowledge of English language
