Fornire supporto tecnico e assistenza ai clienti sull'uso dei prodotti e dei servizi.Collaborare nello sviluppo di proposte di vendita, presentazioni, offerte e contratti.Gestire la comunicazione con i fornitori riguardo allo stato degli ordini, ai tempi di consegna e altre questioni relative al processo di ordinazione.Requisiti:
Ottime capacità di individuazione del problema.Competenze tecniche, matematiche e risolutive.Grande attenzione al dettaglio.Ottime capacità comunicative, sia con i colleghi interni che con i clienti esterni.Discreta conoscenza del pacchetto Office.Conoscenza di inglese e francese di livello buono (C1).Diploma o qualifica professionale.Completano il profilo serietà ed affidabilità.
