- Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers
- Execute customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool growth opportunities
- Execute pricing actions
- Build and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
- Provide input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
- Coordinate with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaintsChase opportunities to develop new products and technological cross fertilization
- Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Strong background in Aluminum Pressure Die Casting processes
- Knowledge of metallurgy and light metal alloys
- Knowledge of automotive light metal components
- Interested in investigating other technologies as ferrous metal cold forming, hot forming, stamping, surface treatment
- Good knowledge of English, Italian is mandatory
- Location in Triveneto is highly appreciated
