Mission:


As part of the CRM team, the Data Scientist/Analyst will be involved in the implementation of strategic projects related to Marketing Automation and Digital Transformation.

This resource will be in charge of identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns starting from internal data and thanks to the usage of statistical techniques will be able to provide reports and indication to be used to develop advanced Marketing Strategies.

The Data Scientist/Analyst will actively collaborate with all relevant departments within the Company to support and implement the go live of strategic projects and the optimization of company processes.


Functions:

  • Good understanding of Marketing Analytics to Analyze data using statistical techniques and providing reports.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Filtering and cleaning data.
  • Active collaboration with all the company to support and implement the go live of strategic projects.
  • Proactive collaborationon the innovation and optimization of company processes.
  • Strong customer communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to dive into technical topics and knowhow.

About you:

Skills:


  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, IT or Business Administration.
  • Experience/knowledge of advanced technique related to Machine Learning and Data Mining.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Profiling and Marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Treasure Data), experience in database and data warehouse management (SQL) and software for dashboard creation and visualization (Tableau).
  • Attitude to work in an International and dynamic business environment.
  • Ability to work in team and problem solving capabilities are also requested.
  • Strong customer communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to dive into technical topics and knowhow.
