ATTIVITA'

Individua le esigenze degli utenti necessarie a definire il requisito UX attraverso l'analisi dei KPI e all'osservazione del comportamento dell'utente sui canali digitali, coadiuvando la progettazione
Si occupa della creazione di specifiche e business requirement, relativi alla logica di funzionamento e alla user experience confrontandosi con i team di prodotto
Monitora i KPI per l'incremento delle performance dei prodotti digitali e dunque le sue conversioni.
Lavora nei team Scrum Agile insieme al team IT fornendo i razionali e le indicazioni necessarie allo sviluppo e l'aderenza ai needs di prodotto e, quando necessario, è in grado di proporre soluzioni alternative.
Osserva il mercato con benchmark e analisi dei competitor ed è attento ai trend di innovazione tecnologica e di prodotto
Monitora la performance di prodotto pre e post produzione producendo analisi dati e raffronto con i KPI
CARATTERISTICHE
Laurea in marketing o affini
3 anni di esperienza maturata in contesti specializzati nell'analisi dei dati di comportamento degli utenti sulle piattaforme digitali, con l'obbiettivo di definire e ottimizzare la corretta UX
Conoscenza approfondita e ottima padronanza dell'utilizzo di Adobe analitycs and Target tool. La conoscenza della piattaforma Adobe Experience Cloud è un plus
Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese sia scritto che parlato

Ha ottime doti comunicative e di presentazione scritta e orale
E' appassionato di sport
Ha esperienza di lavoro in team Agile
