Our client is the Italian Branch of a European Multinational Company and is an international leader in the Renewable Energy sector, with a strong presence in the Solar Market.

To strengthen its international structure while enhancing its presence in the Italian market, it has commissioned us to search for a:

INSIDE SALES / BACK OFFICE - PHOTOVOLTAIC

Posizione:

Main responsibilities:

Support the sales team in generating new business opportunities by managing leads and identifying prospects.
Manage and follow up on leads generated, maintaining proactive communication with prospects to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and requirements.
Prepare business proposals, quotes and contracts in collaboration with the sales team.
Coordinate with technical and operations team to ensure proper execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries related to information, order changes, or aftersales support.
Monitor sales related workflow and provide regular updates to sales team and management.

Requisiti:

Proven experience in Inside Sales, Back Office Sales or a related role.
Knowledge of photovoltaic or renewable energy industry preferred.
Aptitude for technical sales role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and results orientation.
Expertise in managing technical contracts related to projects in the renewable energy or industry sector.
Knowledge in the English language.
