General Description of the Role

Mission/Objectives
She/he will contribute to strengthen Campari portfolio global digital presence consistently across channels in Travel Retail.

She/he will foster consumers' online engagement and consideration, and the efficacy of digital content deployed along consumer and shopper journeys, as well as boost in store experience to deliver superior omni-channel campaigns.


Key Responsibilities and Activities

  • Collaborate with Brand Management team to deploy the digital strategy and integrated Omnichannel Campaigns, implementing and leveraging digital marketing channels to deliver brand marketing objectives
  • A&P Budget setting and Agency briefing: collaborate with Brand Management teams on briefs, budgets, reports and results analysis
  • Own daytoday relationships with agency partners to drive timely and effective delivery of programs, managing execution of
  • Paid Digital Media campaigns (e.g. Paid Social, Display / Video, Paid Search,ecom)
  • CRM core programs and campaigns
  • In store digital integration & retail consumer experience
  • Adapt global comm to the channel/formats specifics
  • Establish campaign hygiene rules / standards with agencies setting KPIs and targets, monitoring and evaluating compliance, results and impact on an ongoing bases
  • Analyzes various data sets across partners, channels, media, and first party in order to provide insight driven recommendations to optimize performance and achieve Kpis
  • Deployment of the Ecommerce market strategy & toolkits across key customers
  • Work in close partnership with local Marketing roles, GSM & Media teams to ensure consistent media strategy deployment and sharing lesson learnt

Experience & Education

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing, with exposure to both Paid Digital Media as well as Organic and Digital Content Production and ecommerce
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
  • Relevant work abroad experience and multicultural mindset
  • Prior experience in media / digital agency is a strong plus
  • Relevant experience in FMCG, with experience in Spirits/Beverage being a plus
  • Degree or MBA qualification in relevant discipline (Business/Marketing/Communication)

Required Skills:


  • Working Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, Social Media, Display, CRM Systems, Website management, traffic analysis and reporting tools
  • Good Agency / partners management skills and accustomed to digital media jargon and KPIs (e.g. CPM, CPC, engagement rate, etc)
  • Strong in data analytics and data mining, creating factbased stories to deliver action. Budget management skills
  • Good project management skills, Entrepreneurial mindset and results oriented
  • Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities and multitask across numerous work streams
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Develop and execute effective, impactful presentations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Italian
  • Team worker, High energy and drive
  • Experience with ecommerce, as well as social listening tools are a plus
