The required requirements are:

Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, IOS, Android, windows
Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Keen attention to detail
Good organization, time management and prioritization
Efficient troubleshooting abilities
Available to travel in Italy
Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
Great customer service and interpersonal skills

Tech skills 3 years experience
Infrastructure knowledge
Networking Knowledge
Wifi Knowledge
Printing knowledge
Microsoft O365 knowledge
English necessary /Spanish plus
Support on site
VM Ware knowledge
Experience in hospitality business is a plus.
