We are currently looking for
an intern to join our
EMEA Regional
HR team.
As an intern with IQVIA, you will work closely with Director HR, Strategy & Planning, EMEA and the Sr HR Business Partner, EMEA in managing different types of activities such as:

  • Support HR Regional team in dealing with
    multiple HR activities (Reporting, Analytics, Meeting preparation, communications, etc)
  • Support the implementation of HR processes with communication and analysis activities
  • Deliver support for ongoing HR processes (Performance Management, Talent management, Business review, etc) in time and with quality
  • Support on ad hoc projects
  • Support on HR4HR activities (Trainings, Roundtables, Focus groups)
  • Produce insights using data analysis

Desired Skills and Experience

  • MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in
    Human Resources,
    Political Science (preferably Economic study path),
    Economics, Marketing & Communication:
  • Excellent
    Microsoft Office Skills: ability in working with Excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations
  • Solid
    communication skills:
  • Proficiency in
    English:
  • Strong interest in deepening knowledge on HR dynamics
  • Ability to be multitasking in a
    fastpaced environment and to work on a team
  • Previous experience in HR department would be considered a plus
