Based in the MBI Headquarter, reporting to Supply Chain Manager, she/he actively contributes to maximise the sales performance of WH Business (selected WH partners - Key Account and External Btqs - Franshising) Corporate Gift and IC Flows, through an efficient and effective management of the orders, ensuring that product availability matches with customers' requirement, at the appropriate time and in the correct quantities.

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.


This entails monitoring sales and stock, by supervising issues related to delivery and reversal logistics (returns, claims and rejected products).


She/he strongly supports the selected partners and External Boutiques, Key account management, HQ Supply Chain and logistics; collaborates with WH Director.


Key responsibilities:


Key Account (+50 WH Partners), External Italian boutiques (7 Btqs), Corporate Gift business, and InterCompany Flows (2 Richemont Partners)
Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency

  • Continuity and Novelty: allocations and availability according to HQ input, among KA, Ext. boutique and IC
  • Be aware about production and supply difficulties and dealing any problems or delays as they arise with prompt communication to KA, Franchising manager and CG & IC peers, by proposing product alternatives
  • Ensures the correct preparation of the documentation for approved returns in Hamburg

CS for Richemont and Montblanc Italy Employees' repairs

  • Ensures the correct CS flow for employee repairs (either in Hamburg or in Florence)

  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with fast challenging / changing scenarios
  • Strong commitment to customer service (internal customer = Etx. BM / Ext. BTQ staff /Logistics)
