We are looking for a
Product Manager within the
Global Marketing & Sales B2C unit of Enel X Way
, **the new-branded division for electrical mobility of Enel Group.


Enel X Way, the new Business Line, was created to respond to the global expansion of the e-Mobility market and of charging solutions and related platforms for the energy supply of zero-emission vehicles, through a greater focus of activities, as sustainable mobility plays a fundamental and driving role in a radical change of habits aimed at reducing environmental impact through ecological transition and electrification.

What you will do:


  • Analyze eMobility market trends, review the competitive landscape, gather feedbacks, also through attendance at industry events, define pricing, channels and positioning for Enel X Way products;
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
  • Adapt and exploit global products and solutions strategies with the local one;
  • Collaborate across Hardware, Firmware, Cloud, Project Management, Marketing, Customer Support, Operation and Manufacturing teams to design the go to market strategy, create product roadmaps, submit eMobility products development requirements and coordinate its execution;
  • Work side to side with the sales network to promote charging products and develop technical offers;
  • Direct, plan and coordinate local marketing plan and activities
  • Drive local adoption of global product lineup
  • Actively participate to eMobility global business review and strategy definition, together with relevant stakeholders;
  • Ensure the delivery of marketing collaterals such as product documentation, sales presentation and marketing tools;

Who you are:


Masters' Degree in Engineering or Economics with:

  • 2-5 years experience on consumer market;
  • Knowledge about pricing models;
  • Experience on Hardware/Firmware/Software projects involving a large number of stakeholders and crossfunctional teams, operating in activities with a strong technological footprint is a plus
