PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • To support Workload and Subcontracting Manager
  • Data analyst

  • Functional report to Central Engineering workload and subcontracting Engineer

  • Workload and Subcontracting Manager Network

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Workload management

  • Analyse scenarios of workload
  • Support Workload Manager
  • Best Cost Workload Planning in accordance with BCC targets.

Engineering Subcontracting Management

  • Support Subcontractor Manager
  • Drive quality improvement of subcontracting technical specifications

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements_ _Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business management

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business management

  • Good speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.

Competencies & Skills

  • Data driven mindset.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Analysis and performance reporting.
  • Proven experience in visual management, data manipulation.
  • General knowledge of all the processes (Engineering, Industrial ) involved.
  • High degree of communication skills, ability to influence.
  • Open minded & motivated.
  • Proactive.
  • Highly skilled in MS Excel and standard PowerPoint knowledge.
  • General project management knowledge (including development phases and industrial phases).
  • General knowledge of railway products and processes.
