Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Factory Delivery Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

You will:

Accountable for successful delivery of assigned deployment projects as per scope & margins within agreed timelines
Will be establishing the project baseline plan: define project scope, secure the vital resources, and plans and supervise all activities
Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues
Ensure weekly and monthly project status reporting highlighting Gap's, Risk and mitigation plans with support required
Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events.
Ensuring that required resources for execution are on boarded with right competence.
Ensuring that Ericsson guidelines (for Project Management) are deployed and measure their effective compliance within the organization.
Handle project finance: Ensuring periodic financial system monitoring & KPI adherence.
Tracking of site acceptance and invoicing on monthly basis.

To be successful in the role you must have:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or master's degree in Business Administration
B.E., M.B.A
At least 2 years of overall work experience in Project Management, People and Business Skills, ITIL
Understanding of Telco environment (Core Network, UDM, Packet Core, 5G solutions) and experiences in de can be deployed over the cloud.
Preferably experiences in Telecom Projects/Programs and preferable if have experience in deliver 5G Core/Core Network/Packet Core/UDM projects/programs deployment.
Knowledge about Automation processes and delivery
Highly engaged with new technology and actively shares knowledge through mentoring, collaboratively working and information sharing with the rest of the team
Knowledge on Agile method of project management
Excellent Interpersonal skills

Business Understanding, Customer and Market Insight

PMI certifications
The Factory Delivery Project Manager is expected to be certified on the job stage that she/he holds
Project sales process
Contract management
3rd pp suppliers management experience
Knowledge of Telecommunication network, managed project in these domains
