Tyvak International is seeking new members to join their team to support space vehicle development. Tyvak focuses on developing and integrating key components and technologies into highly integrated and high-performance nano-satellite vehicles.

The team's skillset ranges from architecture, design, build, and test of mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems integrated into small spacecraft.

Description:

As a Finance and Accounting Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the finance and accounting functions with a major focus on analytics and reporting.

You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data analysis, generate insightful reports, and contribute to strategic financial decision-making.

NOTE:

_Vacancy is expected to be filled in no more than 30 calendar days from the completion of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the finance team to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Contribute to the monthend and yearend closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Support the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial models to support business planning and decisionmaking processes.
Participate in adhoc financial projects, providing analytical insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during financial audits and compliance reviews.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
Excellent command of MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
Familiarity with accounting principles and standards (IT GAAP/US GAAP is a plus)
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Fluent/good English is required (spoken and written)
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment
Experience on the role of at least 24 years
