Location:
Milan

As HR Advisor and reporting to the HR Manager Italy, you will provide support in HR topics locally.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Be the focal point for employees HR queries
Handle the
onboarding of new colleagues in Italy;
Support on people processes,
compensation and benefits;
Assist on general
HR administration and payroll activities;
Coordinate
internal HR communication;
Support on
development and training of the workforce;
Collaborate on projects with HR Colleagues across Statkraft in
different geographies at local and regional level

Qualifications:

University degree within a relevant field of HR, Business, Legal or Social Sciences;
Ideal 2year experience in HR in an international environment;
A team player with strong communication and relationship building skills
Basic knowledge of local employment legislation (knowledge of the CCNL Commercio will be considered a plus);
The ability to deal with confidential queries and tasks;
Proactive and solutionoriented approach
A practical doer who delivers quality results on time;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
