Leaf Planning and Control Analyst - 1 year Fixed Term Contract

Join us in our Leaf Planning & Controls team and you will support the EU Leaf Management to build the mid-term strategy by providing your analysis, to actively participate to projects and digital transformation, to coordinate shipments and ensure to provide on time the packed tobacco to factories.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • BUDGET, ANALYSIS AND REPORTING:
1) Support buying function on collecting and checking data (such as inventories, production forecasts, duration) obtained by third parties buyer/manufacturer to prepare baseline for Leaf Purchase Plan (LPP) and other studies;
2) Collect, check and input data to ensure constant update of market KPI report to be shared with Region (weekly, monthly)

3) During purchasing season being responsible to provide reports to update local Leaf Management on buying and processing status

4) Report variance between budgets and actual to estimate in summary reports to allow appropriate management actions.

  • CONTROLS & DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION:
2) Monitor supplier's Key Performance Indicators and report discrepancies.


3) Participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancements of Leaf Systems (locally and globally) by proposing plans and actions to further enhance the systems (cooperating with Information Services department).

4) Participate to the enhancement of Leaf information systems and to the testing phase.

  • LEAF PACKING FLOW:
1) Coordinate shipments and constantly monitor status.

2) Perform a Weekly report internally and Operation Center (OC) level

3) Being responsible to manage Leaf Packing selling orders.

4) Provide to leaf and finance accurate information flow to take relevant internal/external stakeholders updated on shipments status.

5) Perform reviews at supplier premises and report outcome.


Who we're looking for:

  • Graduation in Management Engineering, Economics or Finance
  • 1/2 years experiences in similar role in structured company preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Good. Is a huge plus a previous experience Finance department (Business Planning or Development).
  • Analytical, highly numeric, and systembased approach.
  • Advanced excel skills (and Microsoft Office tools).
  • Fluency in English language
  • Proactive and collaborative attitude and good organizational skills
  • Agility to work in a complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines.
  • Great communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives.

What's 'nice to have':

  • Experience in Project Management, budget control.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies.
  • Entrepreneurship and attention to details
