Guarantee operative functioning of the storeApproach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buyEnsure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenanceBe an ambassador of the brandEnsure customers' needs and resolve all customer issuesMaintain high energy on the sales floorEnsure a good work environmentAchieve sales goalsAble to work with multiple customers simultaneouslyAssist all sales team membersControl of checkout and bank transfersStock activitiesEnsure the correct management of the merchandiseThe ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:At least 5-6 years of experience in retail luxury RTWFluent Italian and English is requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitudeGood IT skillsCustomer orientedMulti – tasking abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
