Corporate operations provide a wide range of services to the organization such as finance, internal audit, communications, security and human resources.

About the role

The responsibilities for this role include:

Digital Sales Travel and Service Programmes:

Stretegy definition on digital channels and execution including:
a)

Content creation, management and inclusion, using Company tools (especially AEM); Text optimization based on SEO requirements; Social network activity:
monitoring of content, new pages; Link building activity; manage website: monitoring, pages optimization, purchase path maintenance, digital tools monitoring (SessionCam, A/B tests)

b) Development of new partnerships with aggregators and affiliates agreed with the Lines managers and support to Service Programmes Line for designing and executing digital sales

c) Ownership of the Digital campaign P&L under coordination of the Consumer Lines managers

d) Support international programs localization in collaboration with relevant stakeholders at local and regional level

e) Updated and implement policy wording as per underwriters, legal and compliance instructions

Customer Service Travel including back up activity on all direct business:
Guidance and management of Customer Service activities through contact centre

Vendors management

a) Manage all aspects of the relationship with Vendors servicing the Travel Business


What we're looking for:

  • University degree (law or economics)
  • Basic technical insurance (a&h, liabilities, insurance contracts)
- computer's literacy (exp excel+ basic knowledge of internet technologies)
- ability to cope with numbers
- good level of English
