Our
Retail Manager Fendt stands as a beacon of excellence in the realm of farm machinery
for the central area, from Emilia Romagna to Abruzzo.

He/She will be responsible for a target oriented sales funnel management on dealer / importer level and will represent the brand FENDT towards the retail customer in day-to-day business.

With a finger on the pulse of the industry, our manager not only anticipates the needs of our customers but also pioneers solutions that redefine farming efficiency.

Your Impact

To ensure the satisfaction of every FENDT customer NPS (Net Promoter Score): preparation and execution of product consultations and demonstrations; supporting salespeople in closing challenging deals; local implementation and monitoring of centrally prepared activities such as launch campaigns, field days, exhibitions, trade fairs, etc. in cooperation with the distributor; reacts quickly and comprehensively to negative results in customer satisfaction surveys

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Agricultural Sciences or Economics. Alternatively, sufficient relevant experience as Area Manager or similar role.
Independent and autonomous organization of the workload
Italian & English language
