About the Company:

Responsibilities:

Oversee and evaluate subcontractor works onsite throughout the construction and commissioning phases until the commencement of O&M activities.
Supervise compliance with requirements and conditions agreed upon with the owner/technical advisor, identifying incidents, and proposing actions in accordance with the project manager.
Coordinate and organize assigned works, ensuring quality and environmental standards are met, and maintain direct communication with project stakeholders.
Foster positive relationships with owner representatives onsite.
Monitor and manage construction progress in alignment with contract schedule.
Prepare weekly progress reports detailing work status, deviations, significant tasks completed, and efficiency metrics compared to the schedule.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in PV project construction.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred; specialization in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering desirable.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Ability to work autonomously.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel nationally and/or internationally.
