About the Role
We are looking for a Patent Attorney to join our team in Bologna (Smart Working applicable).

He/She will strongly interact with R&D, Legal Department and external IP firms to undertake and manage actions and strategies to properly protect the intellectual property of Coesia Companies.

Major accountabilities will include:

Prior art research
Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis

What You Need to Be Successful

Proven experience (35 years) in the role
Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably Electronical or Automation), Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or another equivalent technical degree, PhD as a plus
Fluent both in Italian and in English
European or at least a National qualification. (EQE trainees, or partly qualified European Attorneys, will be also considered).
Knowledge of energy storage devices as a plus.
