In the midst of a scale-up phase, Prestatech is seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and develop growth opportunities in Italy for both its banking and embedded finance product offering.

This role requires strong entrepreneurial skills and is aimed at experienced sales professionals with a solid network of decision makers, capable of demonstrating agility and a goaloriented mindset, ideally with prior experience in the FinTech and/or Technology sectors within the sales department._
Key responsibilities include: _

- _Generating a pipeline of opportunities through outbound strategy; _
- _Closing deals and building long-term relationships with new clients; _
- _Collaborating with the management and product teams to optimize the customer experience; _
- _Negotiating independently contractual conditions;_
- _Documenting and reporting key activity to ensure high data quality and performance monitoring;_
- _Providing marketing intelligence on competitor activity and market trends as required._

Requirements:

- _A Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales or Marketing;_
- _Excellent MS Office skills; _
- _A minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in the Fintech sector with a proven track record of exceeding targets;_
- _Fluent proficiency in Italian and English language;_
- _Strong process and project management skills; _
- _Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset; _
- _Deep network within the Italian banking sector is a plus. _
