  • The Angelini Pharma Global Marketing Mission is to provide the organization with guidance, processes, support, insights, activities, tools aimed to help the Angelini Pharma business to grow, with specific focus on Global Brands, building an International Marketing Excellence Framework among Angelini Countries.
  • Passion, Imagination_, _Insight _and _Network Management_ are the new competences required for the markets of the future.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and propose for Brain Health products in scope the optimal product strategy by:

  • developing a strategic vision for the assigned product and a fully shared global direction
- addressing global brand issues and challenges and exploring market trends
- implementing the appropriate marketing tools (aimed at maximizing the return on business while supporting local needs)
- planning and proposing the most suitable marketing projects for all the products of competence and guaranteeing their realization according to the available resources
- support the head of Prescription Medicines in the implementation of cross functional projects aimed at strengthening the Angelini Pharma Brand image
- lead the Global Brand Team, the multidisciplinary body of governance aimed at developing each Global Brand


REQUIREMENTS:


  • 35 years of Experience in Pharma Products Marketing
  • Global mindset and aptitude to work in an international team
  • Analytical capabilities to deeply understand market trends
  • Ability to navigate in Head Quarter environment
  • Good negotiations skills and capacity to undertake complex tasks
