TURATI
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office


THE ROLE


We are looking for a Retail Buyer who will report to the Retail & Franchising Manager, you will deliver the strategic execution of the seasonal buying strategy, driving performance and contributing to growth across the category.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan and execute all buying activities. Generates weekly, monthly sales performance reports, followup on sales, sell through, reorders identifying essential opportunities and tactical plans to accomplish growth targets.
  • Manage OTB to meet financial targets and productivity metrics at the SKU level for performance, sales, inventory
  • Manage SKU lifecycle from adoption to delete, reacts on sales trends with restocks and cancellations
  • Continuously analyze and reforecast business and implement strategies to ensure plan is achieved, managing replenishments, reorder situation and any other specific request
  • Influence category assortments by analyzing product performance, customer feedback/data, consumer trends, competitive landscape and local market knowledge
  • Partner with instore team to solicit qualitative feedback on product, customers, store environments & competitors
  • Liase with Visual Merchandising, Marketing and Store Operations teams creating synergies and contributing to the business's commercial performance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Master's Degree or equivalent, in Business Administration or Management
  • At least 34 years of working experience in a Fashion/Luxury company
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Fashion product sensitivity and comprehension of the industry
  • Business acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to interact with several internal and external stakeholders, flexibility and diplomacy
  • Handson approach and willingness to work in team
  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft package (Excel and PPT)
