What you'll do:


You will join the team of Planning & Control following in particular the International Business reporting directly to the International Controlling Senior Manager.

You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following tasks:

  • Coordinating the closing, budgeting and forecasting processes with delta analysis and reporting;
  • Ensuring consistency of the planning and reporting activities for the different countries and subsidiaries; coordination of business reviews meeting
  • Support in the implementation of the management control activities of the subsidiaries;
  • Support and coordination in the implementation of the guidelines given by HQ to the foreign subsidiaries;
  • Interfacing with the main corporate functions in order to support the transition phases for the new business;
  • Supporting in the preparation of business cases and simulations scenario for the new tenders;

Who you are:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the controlling area of a structured company supporting the business functions;
  • You have a degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
  • You have excellent knowledge of Office package and IT Financial and Reporting System (SAP, Oracle);
  • You are fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
  • You are a team worker, flexible and proactive;
  • You know how to manage task and projects autonomously, you have strong analytical skills and you're able to relate and speak at executive level;

Preferrably, you also have:

  • Availability for travel;
  • Basic knowledge of Oracle Planning and Hyperion;
