HR Specialist

The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to the HR Team at Haier Europe.

What you will do

  • Drawing up contracts related to the lifecycle of employees (employment contracts, salary amendment letters, bonus letter, extensions, terminations, etc.).
  • Managing inbound Global Mobility and keep day by day connections with the Home Company HR Team.
  • Providing immigration policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Supporting HRBP with administrative activities.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of HR Data and keep up to date Workday HCM system.
  • Maintaining daily collaboration with Payroll team.
  • Caring of the onboarding process for newcomers.
  • Monitoring compliance of policies and procedures.
  • Caring of the main administrative and labor law obligations.
  • Supporting in managing organization projects (onboarding implementing new HRIS modules etc) with a view of a continuous innovation and improvement of processes.
  • Work with payroll department in compliance to labor law regulations and possible labor law changes.
What you need to succeed

  • Degree in economics or Law (nice to have)
  • 12 years of experience in administration/payroll/international mobility topics
  • Very good knowledge of English and Italian
  • Strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
