We are looking for a

Specialist, Public Engineering Funding (Europe)

to join our global Research and Advanced Engineering team.

The position will be located at one of our AGCO Finland Engineering Sites :
Tampere (Hervanta), Linnavuori or Suolahti.

What You Will do


You will take part in saving the planet and solving climate change challenges and support to feed the world's growing population.


As a specialist for Public Funding you regularly scan the horizon for suitable calls and regional, national and EU funding programs.

You correspond between potential partners, explore possibilities to cooperate and support internal decision processes for new projects.

In the field of project management, you will accompany our projects leads in the conception, preparation and implementation of funding projects until their successful completion.

This includes close contact with our accounting and legal department. On top, you will be in charge for reporting of our financial and project results.


Your skills

  • A technical degree and an understanding of economics
  • Great teamwork skills
  • Independency and responsibility
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English, Finnish and other European languages are a plus

A Plus if you have

  • Practical knowledge in funding management
  • Existing network in funding public relations
  • Working experience within a university, nonuniversity research institution or company
  • Very good understanding of numbers
  • Experience with legislative texts
