We are recruiting an
office assistant for our
Verona office, who will be tasked with meeting standards of excellence in the provision of direct assistance and support to leadership and members of the management group.

- managing calendars and interacting continually with all levels of the organisation;
- handling relationships with external institutions;
- preparing documents, presentations and reporting;
- preparing and filing internal documents;
- administrative management in accordance with company policies;
- contract-related administrative and compliance activities;
- organisation and scheduling of meetings with clients and members of the organisation;
- organisation of travel;
- management of the quality control process in accordance with the KPMG guidelines;
- maintaining high levels of internal and external confidentiality.
- preferably a degree;
- professional experience in a similar position (at least two years), preferably with large, international companies;
- a good knowledge of English;
- an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- excellent organisational and time management skills;
- excellent problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.
