PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and execute an effective marketing and communication plane
  • Cooperate with the heads of the department and build a bridge with the digital, social and PR agencies
  • Scout and evaluate new digital marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Support the marketing researches and solicit new partnerships and opportunities
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales e Marketing and GA offices to increase the awareness of the brand
  • Improving existing marketing strategies and monitoring ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Creating reports to inform all relevant people to the key performance indicator (KPIs) of an ongoing marketing, social and digital campaigns
  • Develop and execute a multichannel marketing communication, including a social media strategy and influencers' marketing activities:
  • Evaluate all bloggers and influencers requests of collaboration
  • Secure the daily updating and development of hotel social media, from the editorial calendar creation
  • Secure the interaction / engagement with followers community management
  • Maintain and enhance the bloggers and social influencers database, with national and international contacts
  • Monitor online platforms and communities to report on new trends and existing conversations around the hotel
  • Support the digital strategy and review social media / digital campaign performances
  • Built and maintain a relationship with local and national media and update the
    press/media database, with national and international contacts:
  • Evaluate and coordinate all press requests of collaboration
  • Monitor the hotel press exposure and online reputation
  • Maintain and update the hotel press review and maximize the hotel media coverage
  • Evaluate new marketing and communication opportunities and collaborations
  • Monitor direct competitors and trends
  • Ensure that the brand standards are always maintained
  • Support in
    shooting management:
  • Maintain daily
    relations with Giorgio Armani Head office teams (PR, digital, press office, trade mktg, CRM, events, VIp ecc)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A Degree in Marketing and/or Communications with at least 2 years of experience in the marketing area.
The role requires the ability to be well organized and the capability to work at numerous projects simultaneously.

An excellent English language knowledge (verbal and written), a good communication and interpersonal skills and the awareness of market trends complete the profile.
