Position Purpose:


He/She, part of Business Technology EMEA team (ICT team), is responsible for the AMS support, delivery and services provided on Regional/Global/Local Applications and for the implementation of small and medium Applications projects.

He/She supports and deploys the Business initiatives in observation of support model and provided guidelines.

He/She works closely with Local, Regional and Global Functions and BA suppliers.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Accountable for the definition of specific functionalities onsite
  • Accountable for requirement collections
  • Accountable for UAT organization and business support
  • Work closely with Regional/Global Business Process Owners / Business Process networks
  • Support and Rollout of PLI's roadmap and platforms in fulfillment of IT strategies
  • Define clear Governance process for his team to control quality of the support and progress of the projects
  • Align business needs with the Global management direction
  • Builds and maintains long term profitable relationships with businesses stakeholders in the different countries and regions
  • Strong knowledge of business processes to understand and individuate the organization needs, priorities and service criticality of the different countries and regions
  • Identify and drive system solutions that support and improve the business process efficiency and provide to the business a competitive edge in the marketplace with costmanagement of resources
  • Identify trends, anticipate problems, perform root cause analyses and work with the other team member cross regions/countries and the BT structure to anticipate solutions for bestinclass level of support and services
  • Work closely with Regional IT EMEA to be line up on what shared and agreed with Enterprise Architect and IT Program team in aligning platforms / technologies associated with Applications deployment
  • Responsibility to run and/or coordinate upgrades of platforms and software in relation to the present Applications structure and collaborating with the other IT resources in charge of the activities
  • Support the organization of User training
  • Providing support to users for Business Applications
  • Collaborate with vendors
  • Follow guidelines management based on global policy and procedures

Key Challenges:


  • Deep knowledge and intimacy with the Business to be able to answer business needs within the budget and Group IT guidelines/policy
  • Deep knowledge of the business processes. Support, when required, the alignment/development of new processes with Business Applications
  • Establish strong relationships with the Regional BT colleagues and businesses in the different regions and countries
  • Work across regions, countries, cultures and functional towers
  • Understand the business needs of the different countries
  • Influence countries and regions to gain adoption of Global Application ICT service desk operations

Competencies/Skills:


Mandatory:
And/Or no less than 4 years of experience in project management including IT matters

  • No less then 3 year of experience in SAP Sales or Supply Chain modules
  • Fluent English

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor in Computer Science or related field or Master in Engineering or Economics with relevant IT related project management experience
  • ITIL-Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL is a set of guidelines in IT Service Management) experience and/or certifications
  • Other languages an asset
