About the role

The Risk, Environment, Safety and Health Intern will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the _Total Health & Wellbeing Project _, a global initiative currently in its assessment phase, involving the pilot testing of 12 sites worldwide.

In this role, The intern will support in health data analysis and solution identification to improve Essity's frontline workers' Health & Wellbeing.

This position requires on-site work at the Altopascio (Lucca) Plant.

What you will do:

Join forces with a diverse, dynamic team of RESH professionals, accomplished scientists, adept site managers, dedicated occupational physicians, and HR experts, all working together towards the ambitious Total Health & Wellbeing Project.
Dive into the world of healthrelated data, collecting, organizing, and dissecting information to unearth valuable insights that will steer our project towards informed decisionmaking.
Innovate and experiment with groundbreaking solutions, actively taking part in the pilot programs at our stateoftheart Italian facility in Altopascio ( Lucca)
Foster collaboration across multifaceted teams, ensuring that our project aligns seamlessly with the highest scientific standards and objectives.
Craft compelling reports, presentations, and documentation that effectively communicate the remarkable progress and discoveries achieved through our project.
Participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and insights that contribute to project evolution and success.

Who you are:

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in a field that ignites your passion, whether it's Public Health, Prevention Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office
