Montenapoleone store stands as a beacon of luxury, offering a curated collection that reflects sophistication and style.


Responsibilities:


Customer Experience:
Ensure an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized service and maintaining the Brand's high standards.


Sales Performance:
Drive sales and meet/exceed targets through effective team management, product knowledge, and strategic merchandising.


Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


Visual Merchandising:

Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create compelling displays that showcase our products and reinforce the brand image.


Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement effective stock control measures.


Training and Development:
Identify training needs, provide coaching, and support the professional growth of team members.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the retail industry, preferably in high-end menswear.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current trends.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Fluent in English.
