HARTMANN Italy, the Italian branch of HARTMANN Group (German health care listed company), is looking for a
Junior Product Manager **for the Risk Prevention Business Division, based in our corporate offices in Verona.

S/he will be responsible for developing the Marketing Mix policies of the assigned products to ensure the business plan, analysis and monitoring of the market and competition.

Main responsibilities:

As a Junior Product Manager you will:

Support the team in the analysis and monitoring of the market and the competition
Support the team in the implementation of the country strategy with respect to market needs.
Manage the portfolio: coordinate launches, develop marketing materials and actions.
Actively participate in innovation and strategy projects.
Analyze the results of the product lines ensuring the achievement of the objectives.
Support the team in the definition of the pricing policy

What do we look for?

A university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Health Sciences
MBA or master's degree in Marketing is an asset.
You must have at least 12 years of experience in marketing dept., preferably in the medical devices or health sector
Fluent in Italian and English
