Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)


Main duties:
To provide a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in our Importante Azienda Outlet in Milano Scalo.


The Role:

  • To provide products, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
  • To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details andregular and special prices;
  • To approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
  • To develop enduring relationships with clients;
  • To maximise sales for the Outlet;
  • To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
  • To handle returns of merchandise;
  • To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Outlet at the highest standard;
  • To support the team on the general operations of the Importante Azienda Outlet;
  • To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
  • To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
  • To maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;
  • To go the "extra mile" to meet targets.
Profilo

  • Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) is essential;
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential;
  • 35 years of Retail or service industry experience;
  • To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
  • Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;
  • Great customer service skills and problemsolving;
  • Good standard of numeracy;
  • To be able to motivate, manage and lead your team;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Dynamic and creative.
