Ageing Fleet Dept (PM - Repowering & Plant Solutions) is within MED Service Department and specifically MED Service Commercial. Africa is part of MED Region in Vestas.


Such department is mainly focused on business development, product management, commercial and sales linked to 2 main business areas: Refurbished Turbines (green field projects, replacements, dismantling) and Special Upgrade Projects (Rotor Upgrade,...).

Such positions will be supporting all the MED Region.


Responsibilities:


  • Commercial and Sales activities with respect to refurbished/preowned wind turbines (supply & installation), wind turbine upgrades, hybrid solutions, special projects (rotor upgrades): from solutions definition and procurement, cost budgeting, internal info coordination and collection from different departments, administration in SAP/Sales Force/etc..., bid phase up to negotiation and contracting.
  • Reporting Activities: preparing strategic reports, records and track information for internal analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers; leveraging the relationship to ensure revenue growth for the company.

Qualifications:


  • Master/bachelor's Degree in engineering.
  • Have at least 6 years of experience on technical sales on industrial environments, with experience in selling services and products.
  • Commercial/sales management skills and, preferably, a high level of Wind Energy market knowledge.
  • Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken.

Competencies:


  • Good understanding of business process improvements.
  • Skilled IT user, including Microsoft Office, SAP, preferably Sales Force and advanced user of Excel.
  • Good interpersonal cooperation skills and a customeroriented attitude.
  • Great negotiations skills.
  • Be highly motivated and proactive, and possess enhanced customerservice skills.
