Continuous Improvement Expert


Are you energized by the opportunity to enhance your leadership skills and accelerate business performance across manufacturing operations? If so, this role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.


As a C team member, you will contribute to defining and driving the execution of the Site Strategy and to leading and driving the Continuous Improvement agenda within the Site.


In this role, you will

  • Contribute to the deployment and sustainability of the GSK Production System.
  • Work with Site Leads and CI Community to set and implement the CI strategy for the site.
  • Work autonomously to clarify problems and align people to solve those problems at all levels of the organization.
  • Work with aligned team to remove waste and build continuous improvement capability.
  • Actively measure the growth of continuous improvement capability with their aligned team.
  • Play a key role in facilitating site Strategy Deployment for aligned departments.
  • Drive the execution of businesscritical improvements across the site (i.e., leadtime, productivity) with direct and significant impact on the mid to longterm business results.
  • Engage and inspire the leadership teams to set challenging targets and provide tools and methodologies to assist them in the delivery of their objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and use of relevant business performance indicators.
  • Provide LEAN Six Sigma teaching, coaching, and mentoring to leaders and their teams.
  • Lead and drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure best practices/knowledge sharing, effective collaborative working, and synergies across the manufacturing group.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Lean/Six Sigma certifications.
  • Demonstrated experience of lean transformation programs in operations and business processes, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and/or Logistics.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams on improvements of complex and highly regulated E2E processes.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Expert in data analysis.
  • Experienced coach.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:


  • Proficient in Italian.
  • Digital experience in construction of power apps, power BI reports, electronic dashboard.
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and Statistics.
  • Leadership.
