**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
**Within the Shared Industrial team of the SWE Cluster, the On-Site Cluster team is in charge of supporting the Operations of the On-Site nitrogen, Oxygen, Hydrogen and compressed air installations, by providing Expertise, Business Processes and Operational rules. Its objective is to allow operation of our facilities safely, respecting our contractual commitments, and with a permanent search for customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The On-site activity represents a turnover of around €40+ million and has around 250 production units for IM customers of the cluster.

Under the authority of the On-site Cluster team Manager, the On Site Subject Matter Expert - Italy is in charge of the technical animation of the On-Site operation activity.

He is responsible for integrating changes in regulations and compliance with the IMS. It guides the company in its technological and technical choices in the Floxal field.

It guides, through its reflections and its action, the progress of safety, quality, economic efficiency and contributes to the future competitiveness of the company.

In particular, it performs the following tasks:

Technical support to maintenance territories (Italy) and troubleshooting assistance in the event of complex problems
Be a refentent in its field of expertise at cluster level
Participation in the safety of interventions through training, support in the field for Floxal Operations Managers, capitalization and management of specific action plans
Definition of the necessary knowhow, training and recommendations for training of the operation teams
Capitalization, definition and dissemination of the maintenance policy, rules and best practices
Implementation and monitoring of corrective action plans from audits and profitability review at the cluster level managing obsolescence
Performing facility audits
Participation in the validation of the technical solution during the tender reviews & new asset startup
Business referent for purchasing and interlocutor of main suppliers for the activity
Development of new maintenance rules for new techno, considering new connection tools.

**Are you a MATCH?
Experienced Technician technical orientation to engineer.

Field experience in the maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of on-site installations essential.

Project management experience is a plus.

KNOWLEDGE
Electrical engineering, automation.

Theoretical and practical knowledge of on-site processes.

Knowledge of regulations (electrical, Pressure vessels).

English & Italian languages.

COMPETENCES

Good written and oral communication.

Ability to analyze and solve a problem with reactivity. Recognized skills in troubleshooting and resolving complex breakdowns.
