_Specialist (OMS Champion) __for the Fashion BU to support the site management as a continuous improvement in combination with the Operation_ _Excellence Team (Opex)._

**In this
_Continuous Improvement__ _**_Specialist - (OMS Champion) _
role you will: - Analyze logistics process care about labour planning;

Propose solution of improvement and optimization of processes
Define action to improve productivity and quality
People management in order to reach high performance
Support to keep SLA KPIs allined with the expectations and agreements
Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
Implement and monitor KPIs
Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
Managing continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen and Kaikaku, addressing necessary actions;
Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
Good knowledge of the English;
Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
