student in Humanities or foreign languages ?**Do you speak

We are looking for
brilliant students with a strong passion for the
Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month
curricular Internship in a
dynamic and
international context based in our Human Capital & Organization department at our Sant'Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

  • Gaining wide overview on HR processes
  • Supporting activities for HR processes digitalization
  • Supporting development processes implementation
  • Supporting the deployment of performance evaluation process
  • Participating in the activities related to talent identification and talent program organization
  • Organising internal assessment events
  • Supporting the organization of training initiatives in coherence with development paths, including coaching and mentoring support
  • Participating in the relationship with suppliers

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

  • Fluent English, Italian and German will be a plus
  • Enrolled in a Master's degree in Humanities or foreign languages
  • Analytical Skills
  • Target oriented
  • Proactive attitude
  • Team working
  • Good communication skills.
