Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)

Assisting the Sampling & Production Coordinator in day to day task.
Coordinate with all the office work
Helping in managing the entire office/showroom
Embroidery swatches selection to meet clients requirements
Arranging all swatches and keeping records.
Managing the swatch inventory in the showroom
Maintainingseason-wise record of the orders received
Coordinate with Sampling & Production Coordinator for dispatch of swatches to Mumbai Office.
Maintain dispatch details of couriers
assist in writing purchase orders to India factory
Coordinate with India factory and clients on sampling and development
Studying current trends from magazines and identifying new clients

  • Must be bilingual Italian-English
  • Great organizational and coordinating skills
  • Good communication skills
- experience or education in fashion industry would be preferable
