We are currently looking for an Automotive Helpdesk Agent Coordinator to take care of customer queries and assist on billing claims for our client.


What will you be doing on a daily basis?

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Fleet Central Billing(Dealers, OEM, Fleets, MSX);
  • Provide assistance and support for incoming queries related to questions for FCB;
  • Provide accurate information on Customer's status/account;
  • Walk the customer through the problemsolving process;
  • Find solutions with the help of process descriptions/manuals;
  • Acquire necessary Background Process Knowledge necessary;
  • Work closely together with the Fleet Central Billing Project team;
  • Record problems/ feedback/ suggestions and pass it on to the Project team;
  • Validate, dispute management, billing management, investigation of claims;
  • Manage the internal vehicle database;
  • Manage Fleet Central Billing invoices;
  • Create invoices, manage account reconciliation and required additional administrative tasks.

Career progression in this role?
Once you are confident in the position and the process is fully implemented, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Onboarding further agents for further markets;
  • Coordinating and processing the agents' training;
  • Single point of contact for all Agents of the project at European level.

Who are you?

  • Degree in economics or comparable experience in the automotive sector;
  • Good knowledge of MS office package;
  • Two years of previous experience in a customer support role;
  • Previous role in the automotive industry is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Structured and reliable way of working;
  • Excellent good communication skills;
  • Good proactive problem solving skills:
  • Language: Fluent Italian and Fluent English

Your working pattern?

  • Rome
  • Hybrid 3 + 40 hours per week.
  • Monday-Friday
