We are looking for a
System Engineering Procurement Management
to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Chief Procurement Officer.**You will be responsible to steer, in Procurement point of view, the Requirement and Architecture Management activities at whole vehicle level in terms of collection of a consistent and complete set of stakeholder requirements and tracking of the vehicle system requirements throughout the entire life cycle.


You will lead the integration of procurement feedback into System Engineering Vehicle Lev about Market trends, Technology feasibility in supply chain, Supplier's industrialization feasibility, timing and costs sensitivity.


You will:

- steer system requirements and use cases for the whole vehicle level (Level 1) based on the stakeholder requirements
- lead the consistency check of the requirement list inside the supply chain
- check compliance with target specifications regarding processes & methods and tools including measures within the framework of requirements management
- support the Integration, Verification and Validation Manager in the assessment of gap analysis of stakeholder requirements
- support the Quality Manager R&D & Systems Engineer in the assessment of gap analysis of A-Space, cyber security, Certification relevant component and Conformity of Production parts
- escalate criticalities in the R&A process
- escalate in case of conflicting goals within the requirements specification
- support Head of Procurement New Product in the analysis and evaluation for the strategy team decisions

  • Support analysis in terms of:
  • system requirements definition
- feasibility of the system requirements in supply chain point of view
- industrialization feasibility in suppliers perspective
- timing and costs sensitivity evaluation in supply chain point of view

  • Benchmark solutions with other projects\systems
  • To check standardization of crossvehicle and vehiclespecific functional requirement clusters and functional architecture for the overall products
  • Ensure the synergy and the sharing of technical solutions between projects, model lines, product families
- evaluating the impact of change requests in the whole functional architecture
- ensuring the fit of processes, methods and tools for the development of functional requirements as well as functional architecture work in the vehicle projects


About you

  • Degree in engineering disciplines
  • Fluent in English, German will be considered a plus
  • 8/10 years' experience in:
  • Requirements Management
  • Systems engineering
  • Project management
  • Conflict management
  • Risk Management
  • Cost&Timing evaluation and analysis
  • Supply chain management and\or Supplier Quality management
  • Competence to prioritize the relevant system requirements with the system manager, requirements manager and system architect at the respective level
  • Competence to assess the feasibility in suppliers\supply chain point of view of the system requirements
  • Competence to assess the preliminary supply chain feasibility of concept in terms of timing and costs and to suggest backup solution according to the Expert\ Value Analysis Value Engineering team evaluation
