- Coordination of the application deployments, on the BSS/OSS platforms.
- Performance and availability monitoring for the BSS/OSS platforms.
- SLA management.
- Customer relationship management.
- Definition and maintenance of all the operating procedures needed for the day by day and the extraordinary management of the platforms.
- Operation management of complex platforms based on standard DB (Oracle/ SQL), Linux, Java and common packages .
- ITIL and other best practices.
- Internal team and outsourced services.
- Metrics and control model of activities.
- Good relationship.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science.
- English fluent.
- Kubernetes and/or Bigdata/Cloudera Knowledge.
