About Our Client:

Multinational company operating in the Circular Economy

The Head of Sales will acquire industrial clients, creating new communities and other permitting, to launch the business in Italy.

**
Role and Responsibilities

  • Scouting and market analysis to identify potential opportunities and partnership.
  • Develop the business, establish, and feed relationships with landowners, industrial, ESCO, throughout the entire project development phase, selling also to the farmers.
  • Negotiate, lease and purchase land agreements in coordination with the General Manager.
  • Closing 1 to 3 deals per month.
  • Manage and develop the team involved in the evaluation of suitable sites for photovoltaic projects.
  • Monitoring of the regulations regarding renewable energy.

The Successful Applicant:


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong business development and commercial skills developed ideally in the energy efficiency/PV sector.
  • Solid track record in BD, origination and energy contract negotiation.
  • Proven experience in developing relationship with local stakeholders in Italy (private and public): Landowners, Farmers associations, Regions, Provinces, Municipalities.
  • People management experience.
  • Good strategic development knowledge of sites and land in Italy.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications acquired during professional life.
