Reporting to Sites Finance Lead Main activities and responsibilities Management Reporting Fulfill required management reporting to site management, TGO (global and regional), and Corporate Finance, ensuring relevant, accurate, timely, complete and compliant reporting.

Planning & Forecasting Lead the site's AOP and forecasting processes in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring business and financial drivers are transparent.

Analyze and monitor actuals vs. AOP and forecast. Capital Expenditure, Inventory & Fixed Asset Management Enable effective management of site's capital expenditure, inventory and fixed assets.

Product Cost Development Calculate reliable, complete, timely and comprehensive standard costs for all new and existing products manufactured or/ and packed at site.

Understand the results and provide insightful explanation of year over year variances. Compliance Guide site on all applicable financial policies and guidelines and ensure adherence.

Influence the Business Provide financial insights to the site leadership team to ensure that short and long-term business decisions are based on strong financial reasoning.

Enhance site cost competitiveness by exploring, analyzing, facilitating and leveraging efficiency initiatives and lead continuous improvement in finance processes.

Serve as an influential member of the site leadership team, who influences decision-making and takes anactive role in promoting cross-site initiatives, teamwork and collaboration across site functions.

Member of the Local and Global Network & Professional Community Bring global/local best practices into the site and actively share site perspective, knowledge and lessons learned to contribute and support a best-in-class professional level of finance at country and global level.

Requirement Adequate knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting and costing methodologies (e.g.

ABC standard costing).Adequate financial, analytical and modeling skills (e.g., return on investment evaluations).Adequate knowledge of financial compliance & controls; theoretical and practical understanding of working in a regulated industrial environment.

Adequate understanding of quality and manufacturing (basic understanding is sufficient in case of pharmaceutical background) - able to 'speak the language of the business'.

Basic knowledge of OPEX principles and tools.
Basic knowledge (theoretical and practical) in project management and process improvement. Adequate Proficiency ERP, Office tools, Hyperion.
Ability to manage complexity & work under pressure. Flexibility and willingness to learn. Mobility across Italian sites.


Education:
Academic background academic degree accounting, economics, industrial engineering


Languages:
Fluency in English


Experiences:
Experience in financial position in an industrial company - preferably in operations of a chemical/pharmaceutical company min. 5 Years with interactions at management level.
