Job Requirements:

You have a master's degree in one of the following faculties: Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, Economics
Previous experience of minimum 2 years in IT area
Strong knowledge of Business Processes
Strong interest in Technology and Industry 4.0
Experience in SAP projects implementation is a plus
Speak and write English fluently
Speak and write Italian fluently
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Entrepreneurial mindset
Desire to become a part of a growing environment
You love to find and to share innovative solutions

Essential Responsibilities:

Project management activities (coordinate project team, report project status to the top management, monitor budget, monitor the timeline, responsible for project deliverables and result)
Business process analysis;
Organization and execution of operational meetings;
Design of operational procedures;
Process optimization support;
Analysis of ERP solutions;
Supporting the configuration of ERP solutions;
Functional and technical analyst activities;
Process design and implementation activities;
Supporting business development;
Training company personnel
