Position Summary:


Supporting the Business strategy to engage in rewarding and meaningful work, Steris Corporation have a fantastic opportunity to join the HR organization in Italy (Pomezia).


Our main objective is to deliver an effective and streamlined HR service to the organisation, ensuring the effective delivery of a broad range of HR administration across Italy, Spain and Greece with a high standard of quality, accuracy and attention.

Duties:


  • Support in administering HR System updates and ensure accurate and timely data entry and data maintenance
  • Collect new hires' documents, maintain and file employee records and related paper documents
  • Support the preparation of employment letters and job changes that may occur in compliance with local law and across different legal entities within the market
  • Administer Employee Changes and Terminations through our HR System across different legal entities within the market
  • Support in the HR Admin process review and continuous improvement
  • Act as point of contact for employees on general HR Admin queries
  • Provide reports to different stakeholders (Finance, HR, internal assets) and for analytics purposes
  • Assisting with payroll administration by providing the department with relevant employee information
  • Partner with market HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HRIS and C&B colleagues to ensure accurate and timely data entry and data maintenance

Education Degree:


  • Bachelor's Degree
    Required Experience:
  • At least 1 year of proven operational/Admin HR experience is strongly desirable
  • Proficiency with HR/payroll systems
  • You are organised, methodical and flexible with a high sense of confidentiality and selfawareness
  • Good knowledge of the market labour law related to personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of Success Factors is preferable
  • Proficient in English
  • Ability to understand business and customer requirements
  • Ability to network with wider business
  • Have a constant drive to improve, learn, stretch and grow
  • Consider the wider business implications
  • Works with others to encourage and establish common understanding
  • Actively seeks new/improved ways of working
