SAP COE - SoD

The challenge

The purpose of SoD (Segregation of Duties) is to ensure that only persons deemed eligible can perform "sensitive" transactions; it is therefore necessary to break the process so that a user does not pose a risk of fraud.

What you will do

ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Manage the creation and maintenance of business roles systems to ensure accurate translation of Business Process to Master Roles in SAP S4H and FIORI systems as well as timely updates to system access to meet changes to statutory requirements
Manage the Access Risk through Segregation of Duty (SoD) Ruleset and ensure that any changes in the satellite systems are not moved into Production before completing SoD analysis on the changes.
Manage the Emergency Access Management (EAM) module to ensure any access in Production are made through the EAM module using authorized Firefighters IDs and the list of Critical Transaction Codes are updated whenever new SAP modules are implemented.
Support the Risk and Governance Secretariat, ensuring that the SoD framework is upheld and strictly adhered to always.
Conduct trainings to advise business owners in their SAP system access review on how to sieve out any unauthorized access from the review, and users on how to use the Access Request Management (ARM) module.
Update the Segregation of Duty (SoD) Ruleset and Mitigation Controls once the Risk and Governance Committee approves any changes requested by business.
Prepare timely and accurate reports and analysis for reporting to Management, and for Audit review.
Support the Change Control Board Secretariat, ensuring that all Change Requests to the SAP landscape have been assessed for impact on business operations, existing system resources and maintainability.

What you need to succeed

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCES
Must have

Concepts, Segregation of Duties(SoD), Risk Analysis and Role Remediation.
Must have handled security related tasks (SU25 and related tasks) post SAP version upgrade or Enhancement Pack update.
Experience with complex cutovers especially related to security tasks both in an implementation and upgrade project.
Must have experience in SAP SAP S4H and FIORI
Good knowledge and experience especially on SAP Security ISU, CRM 7.0 & PO.
Must have experience in Security and GRC Access Control 10.0
Possess troubleshooting skills for quick resolution of authorization defects.
Prior exposure to Multiple SAP Products and their functionality is a must
Strong interpersonal skills with strong communication and presentation skills.

Any Graduate degree or master's degree

Around - 8 years of SAP experience as SAP Provisioning and segregation of duties senior consultant

Italian and English are must

Nice to have:

SAP Transactional Data per modules
SAP S/4HANA Certification Education

Soft skills:

Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
Problem solving skills.
Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
Work independently with minimum supervision.
Team player and networking
