, is focused on Wind, Solar and Storage technologies and develops projects from origination to permitting, construction and asset management.

The Statkraft main office in Italy is in Milan.

Job Description:

We are seeking a competent, proactive, and committed individual to take on the role as Sourcing Manager in Italy. The Sourcing Manager runs sourcing processes and is a specialist in tendering, contract negotiations and contract management.

The Sourcing Manager ensures that products and services are sourced at competitive total cost and that processes are run in a compliant and efficient manner.

As a Sourcing Manager working in Group Procurement you will:

Take a strong responsibility for delivering value through procurement for Italy.
Develop sourcing plans to meet internal customer requirements
Analyse the Italian supply markets to identify sustainable potential suppliers and market trends
Manage the procurement process from developing the sourcing strategy, prequalification, sending out the request for proposal, negotiations, supplier selection and follow up including supplier assessment
Identify areas of repeat spend / potential spending optimization and establishing Framework Agreements.
Monitor and followup of suppliers.
Analyse procurement spend, supply base and buying behaviour.
Working with different and multidisciplinary internal customers in their activities requiring procurement support.
Ensure adherence to procurement processes.
Assist in ProcuretoPay (P2P) including generation of purchase orders in SAP.
Roll out procurement training to new starters and hold regular workshops with existing staff
Support Project Procurement Managers and local Sourcing Specialist.

Qualifications:

Bachelor / Master's degree in relevant discipline area or documented experience in the field.
5+ years relevant procurement experience.
Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
Advanced analytical skills
Good IT skills (experience with SAP and Jaggaer is an advantage)
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to successfully work, educate and support multiple stakeholders.
Experience working in a fastpaced environment with many stakeholders simultaneously.
Proactive and a quick learner.
Proven track record of high customer satisfaction
